「Act on the Employment of Foreign Workers 」
Article 18 (Prohibition of Employment by Unauthorized Employers)
Foreign workers may only work at the workplace authorized under the employment permit. Therefore, dispatching them to other companies in the form of outsourcing or subcontracting is, in principle, prohibited.
Article 43 (Penal Provisions)
Any person who violates this provision may be subject to imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine not exceeding 30 million KRW.
